Our Commitment to Accessibility
Vocoding is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience of our website and desktop application, applying the relevant accessibility standards and best practices.
1. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
vocoding.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are actively working toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time effort.
2. Measures Taken
Vocoding takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our website:
- Include accessibility as part of our development process and design reviews
- Conduct regular accessibility audits using automated and manual testing
- Use semantic HTML5 elements and WAI-ARIA attributes where appropriate
- Ensure sufficient color contrast ratios across all UI elements
- Provide keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- Support screen readers and assistive technologies through proper ARIA labels and roles
- Maintain a responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content (images, icons, media)
