1. Our Commitment
E-Clients Consulting LP, operating as Vocoding, wants you to be completely satisfied with our product. If Vocoding does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.
2. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2.1 Waiver for Immediate Digital Download
Because Vocoding is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we will ask you to acknowledge the following before completing your purchase:
"I expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content (Vocoding license and download) and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once the download/license delivery has begun."
If you provide this consent at purchase, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. However, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (Section 3) still applies and provides greater protection.
2.2 If No Waiver Was Given
If the waiver was not obtained at the time of purchase (e.g., due to a technical issue), the full 14-day withdrawal right applies. To exercise it:
- Contact us at support@vocoding.com within 14 days of purchase
- State that you wish to withdraw from the contract
- No reason required

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your EU statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
3.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You purchased directly from vocoding.com (via Stripe)
3.2 No Questions Asked
During the 30-day period, we will process your refund without requiring a specific reason. We appreciate feedback on why the product did not meet your needs, but it is not required.
4. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:

Refund Method
- Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method (credit/debit card)
- The refund amount will be the full purchase price including any taxes charged
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. After Your Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- License deactivation: Your license key will be deactivated
- Software access: You should uninstall the Vocoding application. Continued use after refund constitutes a license violation.
- Account status: Your account will remain active — you can purchase again in the future
- Local data: Your locally stored data (preferences, configurations) is not affected by the refund; you may delete it by uninstalling the application
6. Exceptions and Limitations
6.1 After 30 Days
Purchases made more than 30 days ago are generally not eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:
- Documented critical bugs that prevent the application from functioning on a supported platform, where we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate or accidental purchases (contact us immediately)
6.2 Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we have evidence of abuse, including:
- Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same person or device
- Refund requests after extended active use clearly inconsistent with evaluation
- Fraudulent payment activity
6.3 Promotions and Bundles
- Founder licenses are eligible for the same 30-day refund policy
- If a promotional discount was applied, the refund amount is the amount actually paid
- Bundle purchases are refunded in full (individual components of a bundle cannot be refunded separately)
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us:
- We will provide evidence of the transaction to the payment processor
- The chargeback process may take 60-90 days to resolve
- If the chargeback is upheld, your license will be deactivated
We strongly encourage you to contact us first support@vocoding.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues directly and can typically process refunds faster than the chargeback process.
8. Major Version Upgrades
If we release a major version upgrade (e.g., from version 1.x to version 2.0):
- The upgrade may be offered at a discounted price to existing license holders
- The refund policy for upgrades follows the same 30-day terms
- Your license for the previously purchased version remains valid regardless of the upgrade
9. Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Vocoding product entirely:
- Users who purchased within the preceding 90 days may request a full refund
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide a final downloadable version
- Existing perpetual licenses remain valid for the last available version
