Refund Policy

E-Clients Consulting LP, operating as Vocoding, wants you to be completely satisfied with our product. If Vocoding does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Every direct purchase is covered by one refund request window of 15 calendar days from the original purchase date. For EU/EEA consumers, this window meets or exceeds the applicable minimum under Directive 2011/83/EU. The periods are not cumulative.

2.1 EU/EEA Compliance

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you can notify us at support@vocoding.com within this same 15-day window. We will apply any mandatory consumer protection required by applicable law.

References to 14 and 15 days describe the same refund window; the periods are not cumulative.

This policy does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

You can request a full refund under this single 15-day money-back guarantee measured from the original purchase date.

3.1 Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your request is made within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date
• You purchased directly from vocoding.com through the original payment provider

3.2 No Questions Asked

During the 15-day period, we will process your refund without requiring a specific reason. We appreciate feedback on why the product did not meet your needs, but it is not required.

• Reason (optional): Feedback helps us improve, but it's not required

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed by the original payment provider to the original payment method
• The refund amount will be the full purchase price including any taxes charged
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Once your refund is processed:

• License deactivation: Your license key will be deactivated
• Software access: You should uninstall the Vocoding application. Continued use after refund constitutes a license violation.
• Account status: Your account will remain active — you can purchase again in the future
• Local data: Your locally stored data (preferences, configurations) is not affected by the refund; you may delete it by uninstalling the application

6.1 After 15 Days

Purchases made more than 15 days ago are generally not eligible under the voluntary guarantee. This does not affect statutory rights. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:

• Documented critical bugs that prevent the application from functioning on a supported platform, where we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe
• Duplicate or accidental purchases (contact us immediately)

6.2 Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we have evidence of abuse, including:

• Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same person or device
• Refund requests after extended active use clearly inconsistent with evaluation
• Fraudulent payment activity

6.3 Promotions and Bundles

• Founder licenses are eligible for the same 15-day voluntary refund policy
• If a promotional discount was applied, the refund amount is the amount actually paid
• Bundle purchases are refunded in full (individual components of a bundle cannot be refunded separately)

If you file a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us:

• We will provide evidence of the transaction to the payment processor
• The chargeback process may take 60-90 days to resolve
• If the chargeback is upheld, your license will be deactivated

We strongly encourage you to contact us first support@vocoding.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues directly and can typically process refunds faster than the chargeback process.

If we release a major version upgrade (e.g., from version 1.x to version 2.0):

• The upgrade may be offered at a discounted price to existing license holders
• The refund policy for upgrades follows the same 15-day voluntary terms
• Your license for the previously purchased version remains valid regardless of the upgrade

If we discontinue the Vocoding product entirely:

• Users who purchased within the preceding 90 days may request a full refund
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide a final downloadable version
• Existing perpetual licenses remain valid for the last available version
