Vocoding

AI work operating system for businesses with teams

Turn your company knowledge into an AI business workspace.

Vocoding brings your business context, files, tasks, rules and resources into a daily AI workspace. Your team creates, replies, documents and executes without starting again from a blank chat.

Not another prompt tool and not cheap automation. It is an AI business workspace for organizing, creating and executing real work during the day.

  • Context by client, project, case, patient, property, campaign, document or area.
  • Reusable resources for repeatable work.
  • Can work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other models depending on configuration.

    Businesses with teams

    Do you have a team? Do you have operations?

    If your team repeats context-heavy work, you already have the requirement. Then Vocoding can fit.

    The question is not which sector you belong to. It is whether your team works again and again with similar context: clients, projects, documents, budgets, campaigns, cases, patients, properties or tasks that come back every week.

    clientsprojectsdocumentsbudgetscampaignscasespatientspropertiesrepeatable tasks

    The real problem

    Your team does not have an AI problem. It has a context, execution and repetition problem.

    Many companies already use AI, but each person uses it differently. Context is scattered across documents, chats, folders, emails, notes, internal tools and team memory.

    The result: every task starts almost from zero.

    • Context is copied and pasted again and again.
    • Each person gets different outputs.
    • Quality criteria are not built into the way work happens.
    • AI models are used, but not as part of a shared operation.
    • Senior profiles review mistakes that should have been avoided.
    • New team members do not have a clear way to use AI.
    • Business knowledge does not become a reusable asset.

    Business operating system

    Vocoding as an AI business operating system.

    When we say operating system, we do not mean replacing Windows or macOS. We mean the place where your team organizes and executes AI work during the day.

    Not another app. The AI work desk for your team.

    Vocoding brings context, files, rules, tasks, resources and AI models together so the team can work from a shared environment with less friction and more consistency.

    It is not about having another chat. It is about working from a system where context, rules, files and tasks are already prepared.

    • Open the environment for a client, case, project or area.
    • The context is already prepared.
    • Rules and resources live inside the workflow.
    • Create replies, documents, landing pages, sheets, proposals or simple tools.
    • The team works from a shared structure, not scattered chats.

    Loose chat vs workspace

    Vocoding does not compete with ChatGPT. It changes how your team works with AI.

    ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini can be part of the system. The difference is that, instead of working from loose chats, your team works from a business workspace with context, files, rules, tasks and reusable resources.

    Vocoding can replace direct, disorganized use of loose chats. It can also work with your AI models or accounts inside a stronger operating environment.

    Vocoding can use ChatGPT. What it replaces is not necessarily the model: it replaces the chaos of working from loose chats.

    Direct ChatGPT use
    Vocoding

    You start from a chat.

    You start from a workspace with context.

    Each person organizes their own way of working.

    The team works from a shared structure.

    Context is repeated manually.

    Context lives inside the work environment.

    Prompts are scattered.

    Resources become reusable assets.

    It is useful for conversation and generating answers.

    It is useful for organizing, creating and executing real work with AI.

    It can be enough for individual use.

    It fits when there is team, operations and repetition.

    Real work

    Real work Vocoding can turn into a system

    Vocoding is not limited to answering emails or summarizing documents. It can help turn complete tasks into reusable work blocks: from communication and documentation to landing pages, simple web pages, internal tools and client deliverables.

    Do you have a team? Do you have operations? Then Vocoding can fit.

    Diagnosis

    You do not need to arrive with the solution defined

    Most companies do not need to start by knowing what to build. Part of the implementation value is deciding what deserves to become a system.

    On the call we choose the right level: Core, Team, Rollout or Enterprise.

    The decision does not come from a generic table. It comes from the real work your team does and the adoption level it needs.

    • how the team works today;
    • where context gets lost;
    • which tasks repeat;
    • which outputs need too much review;
    • who would use Vocoding;
    • which cases have the highest initial impact.

    Scale by phases

    Start with a pilot team. Scale when it makes sense.

    You do not need to transform the whole company on day one. Many companies start with a pilot team, one area or two critical tasks. Once the first layer works, it can expand to more users, cases or departments.

    Phase 1

    Operational pilot with Core to validate the structure, the first cases and initial adoption.

    Phase 2

    Full team implementation with Team when there are more users, profiles or tasks to organize.

    Phase 3

    Area rollout with Rollout to move from isolated cases to a shared AI operation.

    Phase 4

    Custom Enterprise when there are large teams, complex operations or specific requirements.

    Implementation levels

    Choose the level according to your team, operations and ambition.

    You can start with a pilot team, implement it in a full area, roll it out across several areas or talk to us about an Enterprise project. Vocoding is not limited to 30 people.

    Enterprise

    Do you have a team above 30 people?

    For companies with larger teams, several areas, complex operations or specific requirements, we design a custom Enterprise scope.

    Let us design the right scope.

    Enterprise does not try to force your operation into a closed package. It is designed around departments, adoption, security, training, integration and rollout.

    • advanced diagnosis;
    • implementation roadmap;
    • architecture by department;
    • prioritization by area;
    • sessions with internal leaders;
    • training by profile;
    • playbooks by team;
    • expanded support;
    • integrations or special requirements, when appropriate.

    Core scope

    What each part of Core means.

    Core is still the simplest way to start: a controlled pilot, with closed scope and a first operational layer ready to use.

    Three sessions of 60 minutes

    Diagnosis and prioritization, first-version review, and a final adoption, adjustments and closing session.

    Two critical tasks

    Recurring tasks where time is lost today and that need context, criteria or an output format.

    One additional quick win

    A checklist, template, tone rule, snippet, output format or base instruction. It is not a third full critical task.

    Up to 6 reusable resources

    Templates, rules, checklists, snippets, base instructions, review profiles, skills, optimizers or operational docs.

    Short usage guide

    What was configured, how to use it, what inputs the team needs, what to review and what not to do.

    No ambiguity

    How you know Core is complete.

    Core does not close with an abstract promise. It closes when these things are done and the team is using them.

    • The 2 agreed critical tasks are configured and working.
    • The quick win is delivered.
    • Reusable resources are available to the team.
    • The team can run those tasks without rebuilding context from a blank chat.
    • The final adoption session is complete.
    • The short usage guide is delivered.

    Limits

    For this to work, the scope is closed.

    The Core implementation is not open-ended consulting or full automation. If more opportunities appear, we prepare them for Team, Rollout, Enterprise or a separate scope.

    Not included

    External integrations inside Core.
    n8n, Make, Zapier or webhooks inside Core.

    Founder-led

    Carlos builds the first version with you.

    Carlos Rodera

    It is not “configuring prompts”. It is deciding which part of daily work deserves to become a system.

    I am Carlos Rodera, founder of Vocoding. I am opening founder-led slots to work directly with companies that want to implement operational AI without turning it into an endless project.

    My work is not configuring prompts. It is helping you decide which part of daily work deserves to become a system, designing the initial structure and leaving the team using a first version that is useful, clear and expandable.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions.

    What is Vocoding Operational AI?

    It is a founder-led implementation that turns scattered AI usage into an AI business workspace: context, files, tasks, rules, resources and models inside a daily work environment.

    Does Vocoding replace ChatGPT?

    It depends on the use case. Vocoding can replace direct, disorganized use of loose chats, but it can also work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other models inside its own environment. The difference is that the team does not work from an empty chat, but from a workspace with context, rules, files, tasks and reusable resources.

    Can I use my ChatGPT account inside Vocoding?

    Depending on configuration, yes. Vocoding is designed to work with different AI models or providers. The advantage is that those models are used inside an operational structure, not as isolated conversations.

    Is Vocoding an automation tool like n8n or Make?

    Not exactly. n8n or Make connect apps and move data between tools. Vocoding organizes and accelerates human work with AI: context, creation, documentation, tasks, resources and review. They can coexist when the project requires it.

    Is it only for companies up to 30 people?

    No. Core, Team and Rollout cover common implementations up to 30 people, but Enterprise exists for larger teams or custom needs. If you have more than 30 people, the scope is designed around your operation.

    Can Vocoding create web pages, landing pages or small apps?

    Yes, it can help create pages, landing pages, digital deliverables, prototypes and small simple applications when the scope is well defined. Complex custom development, external integrations or bespoke software are treated as separate scope.

    Is this for my type of business?

    If you have a team, operations, clients, projects, documentation or repeatable context-heavy tasks, there is probably a use case. The call exists precisely to see whether Vocoding fits the way you really work.

    What exactly is included in Core?

    Core includes 4 weeks, access for up to 5 users during implementation, 3 sessions of 60 minutes, 2 critical tasks, 1 quick win, up to 6 reusable resources, a short usage guide and scoped async support.

    Why only 2 critical tasks in Core?

    Because two well-built and adopted use cases are worth more than five half-finished ones. The goal of Core is to leave a useful and stable first version the team actually uses. If more opportunities appear, they are prepared for Team, Rollout or a later phase.

    Why does this cost more than just a license?

    Core is not only access to a tool. It includes diagnosis, structure, implementation and initial adoption so the team works with AI without rebuilding context for every task. Ongoing Vocoding usage is licensed separately.

    What does my team need to prepare?

    An internal owner, one or two pilot areas or cases, examples of real work, useful documents or context, examples of good and bad outputs, and the list of tasks that repeat most often. We make it concrete on the call; you do not need everything organized beforehand.

    Which level do I need?

    You do not need to know before the call. We review team size, operations, use cases and adoption needs to decide whether Core, Team, Rollout or Enterprise fits.

    What happens if there is no fit?

    Then we do not force the project. The diagnostic call exists to review whether Vocoding fits your team, operations and timing. If it does not make sense, we tell you clearly and do not move forward.

    How much does it cost?

    Core costs €3,500. Team starts from €6,900. Rollout starts from €14,000. Enterprise is designed around team size, operations and scope.

    Next step

    Your team does not need more chats. It needs an AI work system.

    Vocoding can start as an operational pilot and grow into the business workspace where your team organizes, creates and executes daily work with AI.
