You do not need to know what to build yet. On the call we find the work where Vocoding can create the most impact first.
Example output
Client brief
New campaign for a service business
With Vocoding
Not another answer. A first version of the work.
The example is agency-facing, but the pattern applies to any team that turns context into deliverables.
Business result
The point is not to “use more AI”. The point is to get more useful work to a reviewable state without rebuilding context in every task.
Delivery capacity
Briefs, client notes and project context turn into advanced first versions the team can improve and deliver.
Business criteria
Outputs start from reusable rules, tone, context and examples instead of a different chat setup for every person.
Context
Clients, projects, departments and resources stay connected to the work instead of being pasted again.
Scale
The team can handle more moving pieces without letting AI use become more fragmented.
The real problem
Your team already has access to powerful models.
But every person still starts from their own chat, memory and criteria.
While the team improvises with AI, context gets explained again, knowledge stays with specific people and every new opportunity starts almost from zero. That is the cost of staying with loose tools.
Before / after
The shift is not “more tools”. It is moving the work into a shared system where context, steps and expected outputs are already prepared.
Vocoding turns repeatable work into modules your team can use for proposals, campaigns, support replies, documentation, operations and onboarding.
The model answers. Vocoding helps produce the work.
Each person starts from their own chat.
The team works from a shared operating structure.
Prompts and criteria are improvised.
Rules, examples and resources are reusable.
Context is copied and pasted for every task.
Context lives with the client, project, workflow or department.
AI gives individual answers.
Vocoding creates work your team can review inside a workflow.
Knowledge stays in private chats or people’s heads.
The system keeps memory, criteria and reusable assets.
More tools create more fragmentation.
One operating layer organizes how the team uses AI.
What Vocoding is
Vocoding organizes how the company works with AI by client, project, department, workflow or internal area. The model is the engine; Vocoding is the work system around it.
Clients, projects, departments, cases or campaigns can each keep the context and resources they need.
Tone, criteria, formats, examples and review steps become part of the workflow instead of private prompts.
Vocoding can follow context, resources and steps toward an outcome your team reviews.
Decisions, learnings and ways of working become easier to reuse across people, projects and onboarding.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other models can be part of the system depending on configuration.
Vocoding prepares first versions and reusable workflows. The team reviews, decides and ships.
Each part of the business can have its own context, files, rules, agents, resources, tasks and operational memory.
How implementation works
Most companies do not need another login. They need to choose the first AI module worth turning into a working system, prove it on real work and then decide the next level.
Start with one module that produces visible value.
Then decide whether the right next step is Core, Team, Rollout or Enterprise.
Differentiation
Vocoding works as a desktop layer around the work your team already does. When you invoke it, it can use workspace context and what is visible on screen; app control and complex integrations are scoped separately.
Replaces
Today, by itself
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini answer inside a conversation, but every person rebuilds context, steps and resources.
Vocoding
Vocoding can use those models inside a workspace with context, rules and a target outcome.
Sits above
Today, by itself
Work lives across websites, documents, inboxes, folders and business tools.
Vocoding
Vocoding can use the workspace and what is visible on screen as context around that work, then help produce a reviewable result. It does not directly control those apps.
Complements
Today, by itself
n8n, Make or Zapier move data and trigger flows, but they do not decide the criteria, context or final deliverable by themselves.
Vocoding
Vocoding can produce and review the knowledge work around those processes. Complex integrations are scoped separately.
Absorbs
Today, by itself
Prompt libraries and static playbooks store instructions that someone still has to find, adapt and paste.
Vocoding
Vocoding turns instructions, examples and review criteria into reusable assets inside the workspace where the work happens.
The model is the engine. Vocoding is the operating layer for the work.
See how it would work in my companyWork that can become a system
Vocoding is useful where the team repeatedly turns context into outputs for clients, prospects, internal teams or operations.
Note: small apps, pages and digital deliverables depend on scope and complexity. Complex custom development, external integrations or bespoke software are scoped separately.
Who it is for
It is not limited to one sector. It fits where the team handles clients, projects, cases, campaigns, documentation, deliverables or recurring decisions.
If your business repeatedly turns context into deliverables, it is worth reviewing.
Founder-led
Carlos Rodera
I am Carlos Rodera, founder of Vocoding. During this phase I work directly with companies that want to stop testing AI tools and start producing useful work from a shared AI system.
My work is not selling you a license and leaving you alone. It is helping you choose the work worth turning into a system, building the first module and helping the team use it on real work.
Implementation levels
Core is not the ceiling of Vocoding. It is the simplest way to start. Team, Rollout and Enterprise expand the system by department, area or company architecture.
Core
€3,500
For companies that want a real first implementation without opening a full rollout yet.
Team
From
€6,900
For companies that want one complete team, operating unit or department working from a shared AI system.
Rollout
From
€14,000
For companies that want to apply Vocoding across several areas, profiles, clients, operations or work blocks.
Enterprise
Custom pricing
For teams above 30 people, complex operations or specific needs around adoption, security, training, integration or rollout.
You do not need to know which level you need. On the call we review team size, operations, AI chaos, workflows and adoption needs.
See how it would work in my companyEnterprise
For companies with larger teams, several areas, complex operations or specific requirements, we design a custom Enterprise scope.
Enterprise does not try to force your operation into a closed package. It is designed around departments, adoption, security, training, integration and rollout.
Core scope
Core is still the simplest way to start: a controlled first module, with closed scope and a practical AI operating base the team can use before expanding.
Diagnosis and prioritization, first-version review, and a final adoption, adjustments and closing session.
Recurring pieces of work where time is lost today and that need context, criteria, steps or a clear delivery format. For scope purposes, each practical solution is one workflow configured inside Vocoding.
A checklist, template, tone rule, snippet, delivery format or base instruction. It is not a third full critical task.
Templates, rules, checklists, snippets, base instructions, review profiles, skills, optimizers or operational docs.
What was configured, how to use it, what inputs the team needs, what to review and what not to do.
No ambiguity
Core does not close with an abstract promise. It closes when these things are done and the team is using them.
Limits
Core is designed to leave a useful first version without turning it into an endless project. If more opportunities appear during the process, we prioritize them for Team, Rollout, Enterprise or a later phase.
FAQ
It is an implementation to turn scattered AI use into a shared operating system: departments, clients, projects, workflows, agents, rules, resources and company memory organized inside Vocoding.
It depends on the use case. Vocoding can replace direct, disorganized use of loose chats, but it can also work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other models depending on configuration. The difference is that the team does not work from an empty chat, but from a workspace with context, rules, files, tasks and reusable resources.
Not exactly. n8n or Make connect apps and move data between tools. Vocoding organizes and accelerates human work with AI: context, creation, documentation, tasks, resources and review. They can coexist when the project requires it.
If you have a team, operations, clients, projects, documentation or repeatable context-heavy tasks, there is probably a use case. The call exists precisely to see whether Vocoding fits the way you really work.
Core includes 4 weeks, access for up to 5 users during implementation, 3 sessions of 60 minutes, 2 operational AI solutions, 1 quick win, templates/rules/reusable blocks, a short usage guide and email or Telegram support during implementation.
Core is not only access to a tool. It includes diagnosis, structure, implementation and initial adoption so the team works with AI without rebuilding context for every task. Ongoing Vocoding usage is licensed separately.
You do not need to know before the call. We review team size, operations, use cases and adoption needs to decide whether Core, Team, Rollout or Enterprise fits. Enterprise exists for larger teams or custom needs.
Then we do not force the project. The diagnostic call exists to review whether Vocoding fits your team, operations and timing. If it does not make sense, we tell you clearly and do not move forward.
Next step
We can start with one module, prove where the value is, and grow Vocoding into the system where your team produces practical first versions from business context.
Founder-led implementations from €3,500. Core, Team, Rollout and Enterprise available depending on scope.
