Vocoding

AI Operating System for Companies

Get more finished work out of the team you already have.

We implement Vocoding so your team turns briefs, clients, projects and internal knowledge into proposals, campaigns, landing pages, documents, replies and processes your team can review, improve and deliver.

Founder-led implementation · from €3,500

You do not need to know what to build yet. On the call we find the work where Vocoding can create the most impact first.

Example output

Client brief

New campaign for a service business

With Vocoding

Campaign angle and offer structure
Landing page outline for the first draft
Meta ad angles and first copy variants
Follow-up email and review checklist

Not another answer. A first version of the work.

The example is agency-facing, but the pattern applies to any team that turns context into deliverables.

Business result

What actually changes in the business.

The point is not to “use more AI”. The point is to get more useful work to a reviewable state without rebuilding context in every task.

Delivery capacity

More usable first versions

Briefs, client notes and project context turn into advanced first versions the team can improve and deliver.

Business criteria

Work with your standards

Outputs start from reusable rules, tone, context and examples instead of a different chat setup for every person.

Context

Less rebuilt setup

Clients, projects, departments and resources stay connected to the work instead of being pasted again.

Scale

More work, less operational drag

The team can handle more moving pieces without letting AI use become more fragmented.

The real problem

The problem is not AI. It is how the company is using it.

Your team already has access to powerful models.

But every person still starts from their own chat, memory and criteria.

While the team improvises with AI, context gets explained again, knowledge stays with specific people and every new opportunity starts almost from zero. That is the cost of staying with loose tools.

Before / after

From loose AI chats to a production system.

The shift is not “more tools”. It is moving the work into a shared system where context, steps and expected outputs are already prepared.

No more starting from a blank chat.

Vocoding turns repeatable work into modules your team can use for proposals, campaigns, support replies, documentation, operations and onboarding.

The model answers. Vocoding helps produce the work.

Loose AI use
With Vocoding

Each person starts from their own chat.

The team works from a shared operating structure.

Prompts and criteria are improvised.

Rules, examples and resources are reusable.

Context is copied and pasted for every task.

Context lives with the client, project, workflow or department.

AI gives individual answers.

Vocoding creates work your team can review inside a workflow.

Knowledge stays in private chats or people’s heads.

The system keeps memory, criteria and reusable assets.

More tools create more fragmentation.

One operating layer organizes how the team uses AI.

What Vocoding is

The system where your team turns context into work.

Vocoding organizes how the company works with AI by client, project, department, workflow or internal area. The model is the engine; Vocoding is the work system around it.

Workspaces by business unit

Clients, projects, departments, cases or campaigns can each keep the context and resources they need.

Rules and reusable assets

Tone, criteria, formats, examples and review steps become part of the workflow instead of private prompts.

Executes steps toward an outcome

Vocoding can follow context, resources and steps toward an outcome your team reviews.

Company memory

Decisions, learnings and ways of working become easier to reuse across people, projects and onboarding.

Model choice

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other models can be part of the system depending on configuration.

Human review

Vocoding prepares first versions and reusable workflows. The team reviews, decides and ships.

Each part of the business can have its own context, files, rules, agents, resources, tasks and operational memory.

How implementation works

From AI chaos to a working module in three steps.

Most companies do not need another login. They need to choose the first AI module worth turning into a working system, prove it on real work and then decide the next level.

Start with one module that produces visible value.

Then decide whether the right next step is Core, Team, Rollout or Enterprise.

  • Detect the work where context, review and delivery capacity are leaking.
  • Build the first Vocoding module with context, rules and reusable resources.
  • Put it into real team use and decide whether to expand to Team, Rollout or Enterprise.

Differentiation

You are not choosing between ChatGPT and Vocoding. You are choosing between loose tools and a work system.

Vocoding works as a desktop layer around the work your team already does. When you invoke it, it can use workspace context and what is visible on screen; app control and complex integrations are scoped separately.

Replaces

Loose chats

Today, by itself

ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini answer inside a conversation, but every person rebuilds context, steps and resources.

Vocoding

Vocoding can use those models inside a workspace with context, rules and a target outcome.

Sits above

Screens, apps, docs and files

Today, by itself

Work lives across websites, documents, inboxes, folders and business tools.

Vocoding

Vocoding can use the workspace and what is visible on screen as context around that work, then help produce a reviewable result. It does not directly control those apps.

Complements

Automations

Today, by itself

n8n, Make or Zapier move data and trigger flows, but they do not decide the criteria, context or final deliverable by themselves.

Vocoding

Vocoding can produce and review the knowledge work around those processes. Complex integrations are scoped separately.

Absorbs

Prompt libraries

Today, by itself

Prompt libraries and static playbooks store instructions that someone still has to find, adapt and paste.

Vocoding

Vocoding turns instructions, examples and review criteria into reusable assets inside the workspace where the work happens.

The model is the engine. Vocoding is the operating layer for the work.

Work that can become a system

Real deliverables, not generic AI activity.

Vocoding is useful where the team repeatedly turns context into outputs for clients, prospects, internal teams or operations.

Client delivery

  • Briefs turned into proposals and project outlines.
  • Client context reused across deliverables.
  • Review checklists before anything goes out.

Sales

  • Lead replies, account briefs and follow-ups.
  • Proposal first versions with company criteria.
  • Calls converted into next steps.

Marketing and content

  • Campaigns, landing pages and content pieces.
  • Meta ad angles, email drafts and copy variants.
  • Claims and tone adapted by client or brand.

Operations

  • Notes turned into tasks, owners and handovers.
  • Procedures, checklists and SOPs.
  • Recurring workflows with prepared context.

Support and service

  • Answers from internal documentation.
  • Case summaries and escalation context.
  • Response criteria reused across the team.

Internal knowledge

  • Role resources, guides and examples.
  • Reusable company memory by area.
  • Better continuity across handoffs.

Note: small apps, pages and digital deliverables depend on scope and complexity. Complex custom development, external integrations or bespoke software are scoped separately.

Who it is for

For companies with context-heavy work.

It is not limited to one sector. It fits where the team handles clients, projects, cases, campaigns, documentation, deliverables or recurring decisions.

Agencies and creative teams.
Legal, advisory and accounting offices.
Consultancies and B2B service firms.
Real estate and property teams.
Clinics and healthcare service businesses.
Architecture, renovation and technical studios.
Sales, support, marketing, operations or admin departments.
Any business where the team repeats context-heavy work.

If your business repeatedly turns context into deliverables, it is worth reviewing.

Founder-led

We implement the first working module with you.

Carlos Rodera

It is not “configuring prompts”. It is deciding where AI should create real production capacity and building the first useful module.

I am Carlos Rodera, founder of Vocoding. During this phase I work directly with companies that want to stop testing AI tools and start producing useful work from a shared AI system.

My work is not selling you a license and leaving you alone. It is helping you choose the work worth turning into a system, building the first module and helping the team use it on real work.

Implementation levels

Start with a module. Scale the operating system.

Core is not the ceiling of Vocoding. It is the simplest way to start. Team, Rollout and Enterprise expand the system by department, area or company architecture.

Enterprise

Do you have a team above 30 people?

For companies with larger teams, several areas, complex operations or specific requirements, we design a custom Enterprise scope.

Let us design the right scope.

Enterprise does not try to force your operation into a closed package. It is designed around departments, adoption, security, training, integration and rollout.

  • advanced diagnosis;
  • implementation roadmap;
  • architecture by department;
  • prioritization by area;
  • sessions with internal leaders;
  • training by profile;
  • playbooks by team;
  • expanded support;
  • integrations or special requirements, when appropriate.

Core scope

Core validates the first operating module.

Core is still the simplest way to start: a controlled first module, with closed scope and a practical AI operating base the team can use before expanding.

Three sessions of 60 minutes

Diagnosis and prioritization, first-version review, and a final adoption, adjustments and closing session.

Two practical solutions

Recurring pieces of work where time is lost today and that need context, criteria, steps or a clear delivery format. For scope purposes, each practical solution is one workflow configured inside Vocoding.

One additional quick win

A checklist, template, tone rule, snippet, delivery format or base instruction. It is not a third full critical task.

Up to 6 reusable resources

Templates, rules, checklists, snippets, base instructions, review profiles, skills, optimizers or operational docs.

Short usage guide

What was configured, how to use it, what inputs the team needs, what to review and what not to do.

No ambiguity

How you know Core is complete.

Core does not close with an abstract promise. It closes when these things are done and the team is using them.

  • The 2 agreed solutions are configured and working.
  • The quick win is delivered.
  • Reusable resources are available to the team.
  • The team can run those workflows without rebuilding context from a blank chat.
  • The final adoption session is complete.
  • The short usage guide is delivered.

Limits

First impact. Then expansion.

Core is designed to leave a useful first version without turning it into an endless project. If more opportunities appear during the process, we prioritize them for Team, Rollout, Enterprise or a later phase.

Left for a later phase

External integrations inside Core.
n8n, Make, Zapier or webhooks inside Core.
Custom APIs inside Core.
End-to-end automations inside Core.
Historical migration.
Database cleanup.
Individual training for every employee.
WhatsApp support.
Urgent support.
Additional meetings not agreed separately.
New product feature development inside Core.
Unlimited resource creation.
Unlimited document or content production.
Legal, tax, medical or financial review of deliverables.
Professional decisions that belong to the team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Vocoding for Teams?

It is an implementation to turn scattered AI use into a shared operating system: departments, clients, projects, workflows, agents, rules, resources and company memory organized inside Vocoding.

Does Vocoding replace ChatGPT?

It depends on the use case. Vocoding can replace direct, disorganized use of loose chats, but it can also work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other models depending on configuration. The difference is that the team does not work from an empty chat, but from a workspace with context, rules, files, tasks and reusable resources.

Is Vocoding an automation tool like n8n or Make?

Not exactly. n8n or Make connect apps and move data between tools. Vocoding organizes and accelerates human work with AI: context, creation, documentation, tasks, resources and review. They can coexist when the project requires it.

Is this for my type of business?

If you have a team, operations, clients, projects, documentation or repeatable context-heavy tasks, there is probably a use case. The call exists precisely to see whether Vocoding fits the way you really work.

What exactly is included in Core?

Core includes 4 weeks, access for up to 5 users during implementation, 3 sessions of 60 minutes, 2 operational AI solutions, 1 quick win, templates/rules/reusable blocks, a short usage guide and email or Telegram support during implementation.

Why does this cost more than just a license?

Core is not only access to a tool. It includes diagnosis, structure, implementation and initial adoption so the team works with AI without rebuilding context for every task. Ongoing Vocoding usage is licensed separately.

Which level do I need?

You do not need to know before the call. We review team size, operations, use cases and adoption needs to decide whether Core, Team, Rollout or Enterprise fits. Enterprise exists for larger teams or custom needs.

What happens if there is no fit?

Then we do not force the project. The diagnostic call exists to review whether Vocoding fits your team, operations and timing. If it does not make sense, we tell you clearly and do not move forward.

Next step

Your company does not need more scattered AI. It needs a system for turning context into work.

We can start with one module, prove where the value is, and grow Vocoding into the system where your team produces practical first versions from business context.

Founder-led implementations from €3,500. Core, Team, Rollout and Enterprise available depending on scope.
